For the second year in a row (at least to our knowledge), Earthster is the first software in the world to implement and release the latest version of Ecoinvent. This time it took us mere 11 days since Ecoinvent shared the news on their latest update!
And the best thing is: you don't need to do any work to start using it. Log in, and it'll be there.
What's new?

Our latest release demonstrates our continued commitment to providing the most comprehensive LCI database on the planet. Discover a wealth of data in 3.11, including 2,066 new and 4,497 updated datasets.
You can read more about the version and updates here, which includes more than 25 thousand datasets in total.
How to upgrade?
You can upgrade any model in Earthster in seconds. When you open a model, a notification will show up next to the model's name suggesting you to update your data. Click on it, and click on "Update all" next to the name Ecoinvent. That's it. Welcome to the future.
Of course, if you want to explore the models a bit before taking the plunge, you can explore them from that same panel. And we encourage you to do so: Earthster is all about getting answers, exploring data, and understanding what's behind (when you want to). But since most include up-to-date information, unless your model represents the past, you're likely to want to update!
Even if you're not ready to update your model fully, together with 3.11, Ecoinvent shipped an updated version of their latest data, 3.10.1, which corrects some issues. They (and we) strongly recommend updating! And since it's so easy, there's almost no reason to stay behind.
